Mediation and Conflict Management: working with you to reduce conflict in your workplace or dealing with individual issues with your staff

Disciplinary and Grievance Issues: creating processes in line with current Codes of Practice, coaching you and your staff in the correct way to handle disciplinary and grievance issues, and advising you throughout the process

Employee Handbooks: creating handbooks for you, or auditing your current handbooks and amending to bring up to date

Carrying out Internal Investigations: advising on matters of employment law and best practice, and investigating employee related issues

Absence Management: putting processes in place to help you effectively and fairly tackle absenteeism, a big drain on resources in small businesses

Ongoing advise for a monthly fee: my services can be retained for a monthly fee, giving you an HR business partner without adding to your payroll
